In case of claims for default or defects of materials or workmanship, A.E.S will handle the repair of any equipment recognised as non-conforming at its own laboratories. If prior written accords have been made with the Customer, the goods may be replaced after ascertaining that the articles have not been mismanaged or damaged by incorrect use or by unorthodox handling.

A.E.S guarantees the correct operation of all the equipment object of the supply, and the absence of manufacturing defects and material flaws for a period of 12 months following delivery.
